Returns & Refund Policy (Egypt)
If your order is shipped within the Arab Republic of Egypt, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be in its original condition as received.
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
- Be accompanied by the order number, invoice, or any valid proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
- Products that have been customized or made specifically for the customer.
- Any other cases where returns are not permitted under Egyptian law.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an item that differs substantially from its description or the images displayed on our website, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable Egyptian law.
Shipping Fees
- If the return or exchange is requested for reasons unrelated to a product defect or an error by the store, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered, DAYTON will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع (مصر)
إذا كان الطلب يتم شحنه داخل جمهورية مصر العربية، فيحق للعميل طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، وذلك وفقًا لأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018.
شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع
- أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية كما تم استلامه.
- غير مستخدم أو غير مُرتدى أو غير مغسول.
- مرفقًا بجميع البطاقات (Tags) والملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
- تقديم رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة أو أي إثبات شراء.
حالات لا يُقبل فيها الاسترجاع
- المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة نتيجة سوء الاستخدام.
- المنتجات التي تم تعديلها أو تفصيلها خصيصًا للعميل.
- أي حالات أخرى يحددها القانون المصري.
المنتجات المعيبة أو المخالفة للوصف
في حال وصول منتج به عيب تصنيع أو يختلف بشكل جوهري عن الوصف أو الصور المعروضة، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام وسنتولى الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع وفقًا للقانون.
رسوم الشحن
- في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لأسباب لا تتعلق بعيب في المنتج أو خطأ من المتجر، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.
- في حالة وجود عيب بالمنتج أو إرسال منتج غير صحيح، يتحمل المتجر جميع تكاليف الشحن.
